Providing Full Protection
While there are various types of shipping container insulation on the market, quality, durability and performance are paramount. Our ContainerKit™ is known for its strength and ease of use. It provides cargo container insulation for entire loads. By insulating the top and sides of your freight with shipping container insulation panels, full temperature protection for your cargo is ensured. ContainerKit™ is versatile, accommodating all styles of containers. Its sidewalls can be applied using Velcro straps (which are included) or pre-installed magnet holders. ContainerKit® also helps cargo maintain a safe temperature during shipping.
Our cargo container insulation kits are available in two options:
- Limited use — The limited-use ContainerKit™ is durable and tough enough for reuse but priced for one-time use. It uses a Velcro application.
- Multi-trip — The multi-trip ContainerKit™ features heavy-duty, panel-style sidewalls and magnetic application for steel containers. It is reusable, recyclable and includes radio frequency identification (RFID) and bar codes for easier product tracking.
Both products perform well in extreme cold, including freezing and sub-zero temperatures. Both types of kits also will protect your goods from extreme heat and condensation.
How do you insulate a shipping container? Everything you need to install ContainerKit™ is included, enabling the kit to be applied and removed within minutes. Sealed with industrial-strength Velcro, it offers your commodities 360-degree protection and can reduce shipping container insulation costs. ContainerKit™ also helps cut costs by eliminating the need for reefers. Whether you need to protect from freeze or protect from heat, we have your solution.
