Where it all started

Inventor Bob Haberkorn created the CargoQuilt in 1993.

Q-Sales is founded

Jack Lanigan Sr. invests in Haberkorn's invention. Q-Sales & Leasing is founded.

We lay the foundation

Q-Sales & Leasing corporate office is established in Hazelcrest, IL. Now it is home to one of our manufacturing facilities.

Made in the U.S.A.

We opened our first manufacturing facility, bringing all production in-house.

Launching products & programs

Introduction of the multi-trip ContainerKit with magnetic sidewall application, reducing installation time and improving load time efficiency. ICR program launches, providing customers a closed-loop supply chain solution for their QPS blankets / quilts.

Growing Larger

Q-Sales & Leasing is renamed to QProducts & Services. We relocated our headquarters to join the LANCO group companies in Hazelcrest, IL, turning our old office space into additional manufacturing capacity.

Automation Begins

Our manufacturing facility gets a makeover, with 3 custom-built automated sewing machines, exponentially increasing order capacity.

QPS expands manufacturing facilities to increase output as partnership with TP3 Global is reached. The partnership expands product and service offerings for both companies on a global scale.

TFormance Innovation

The Technical Services team unveils a new, high-tech insulation that's 25% thinner and performs 25% better.

"Approximately one month after the shipment left our dock, we received a frantic e-mail written in Spanish. A few key phrases said it all, "OMIGOD and Que Horror". Apparently the consignee did not receive notification the container had arrived & the container sat in the hot equator sun for 14 days only being protected by your CargoQuilt. When the product was inspected, NOTHING was wrong with the goods and the product was then moved on the the retail outlets. Thank you for making a great product that does exactly as you have stated."

Distribution Manager

Confectionary Company

"We are experiencing around $2000 savings weekly in dry ice expense or $24,000 through the first 12 weeks. We also discontinued buying boxes, which was an $800 cost weekly or another $9600. So in 3 months we have saved around $35,000, I would expect this savings to continue through the remainder of the fiscal year. We were also able to capitalize the initial purchase over 3 years. I would expect around a $90,000 annual savings in dry ice a $40,000 savings in ice cream boxes less the depreciation $15,000."
